The Malt Legend
The Glen Turner Heritage is characterized by its double cask ageing: After up to six years in oak casks, the whisky receives its finishing touches through subsequent maturation in port casks. The result is a Scotch whisky that is characterized by the powerful character of the oak wood and gets its depth and fruity-sweet aroma from the port cask. With the 12 Years, the long maturation period produces a whisky with a strong golden color. It is characterized by its intense fruity nose and its round, soft bouquet with notes of plum and a hint of liquorice.
