The foundation of this single malt is the crystal-clear water that springs from one of Scotland’s highest mountain ranges—the Cairngorm Mountains. Unique copper cooling rings also ensure that water flows down the outside of the still, cooling it. This enhances condensation, allowing only the finest vapors to rise. Over the years, this ingenious technique not only produces an exceptional whisky but also a beautiful green patina that forms on the copper.
